  1. How do I login and logout from Shaadi.com Matrimonials?
    The Login and Logout options are found at the very top of the Shaadi.com website. Click here to login to Shaadi.com.Please note that you can now log in using ONLY your email Id which you have submitted to us.

  2. Why do I have to login and logout of Shaadi.com Matrimonials everytime I visit the matrimonial service website?
    Logging in and Logging out everytime you visit Shaadi.com keeps your account and personal information secure from access from unauthorized persons. If you are sure that no unauthorized person uses your computer then you can choose to remain logged into your Shaadi.com account indefinitely.   3. Can I be permanently logged into my account to avoid logging in everytime I visit Shaadi.com Matrimonials?
    Yes, you can be logged into your account permanently. While logging into your account, select the checkbox option 'Remember me: Keep me signed in, unless I logout' found below the password box. When you select this option and login, you can be always logged into your Shaadi.com. You will not need to login the next time you visit Shaadi.com. To logout, just click 'Logout' found at the very top of the website.

    NOTE: Selecting this option is safe only if you are sure that your computer is not shared by unauthorized persons.     If you have forgotten your password, we can send it to you via email. Click here and enter your email. You will receive your Profile ID and Password immediately.

    You can also use the forgot your password link in the right hand side of the login page.

  8. I am not happy with my Profile ID that I chose during registration. Can I change it now?
    No. Shaadi.com Matrimonials does not allow you to change your Profile ID since it is used as a unique identifier in several places within the system. Therefore we recommend that you choose your Profile ID carefully. Exceptions will be made solely at the discretion of Shaadi.com Customer Relations.

  9. How can I change my password?
    To change your password, all you need to do is follow the following steps:
    • Login to your My Shaadi Account.
    • On the left of your screen, click the My Account option under the head My Shaadi.
    • Follow the instructions in the form and click the 'Edit Information' button to change your password.

  10. How can I change my contact information?
    To change your contact information, all you need to do is follow the following steps:
    • Login to your My Shaadi Account.
    • On the left of your screen, click the My Account option under the head My Shaadi.
    • Follow the instructions in the form and click the 'Edit Information' button to change your contact information.
