It was quite a roller coaster ride from the day she accepted my request here till the marriage was fixed. We were first introduced 2 years back through Shaadi.com. After getting rejected 2 times by her parents, finally they accepted my proposal of marriage with Payel. The real problem was that I was from Mumbai and she was from Kolkata and they didn't want to marry her outside Kolkata which was a obvious concern from them. I didn't lose hope as I liked her and she too. Once she accepted my request on Shaadi.com we had a talk for around a month during may 2013. But her parents rejected the proposal with the above reason. I was not disheartened. I contacted her after one year to see if her parents view has changed. Again I met with disappointment. Then after 4 months in September 2015 I contacted her once again but this time to my surprise her parents resistance was melted a bit. I got a sniff, had a talk with her parents and fixed a meet on 22nd October 2015. After series of talks, discussion Kolkata visit , her parents Mumbai visit, they got ready and I got a green flag for my marriage. Our marriage is fixed on 9th August 2016. After a series of searching contacting, talking to many girls via mail, phone I got to know Payel and didn't we will be made for each other.
