Hello!

Here is a little bit about me:

I grew up in Bangalore in a family which has a fair mix of progressive and conservative values.

My father is a CA and CPA, and is a partner at Kaufman Rossin, a leading CPA firm headquartered in Miami.

My mother is a homemaker and commerce graduate.

I was schooled in Bishop Cotton and National Public School. I have an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. I also hold a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I specialized in image processing, computer vision and machine learning.

I have published a critically acclaimed mental health memoir "Have You Heard the Sound Of Your Own Voice?". It was written with the intention of hand holding a depressed person. I also got admission into the MFA nonfiction program at Columbia University.

My hobbies include reading, writing, singing, and listening to music. I enjoy artistic pursuits. I am deeply interested in carnatic music and am an ardent fan of Sanjay Subrahmanyan!

I am a vegetarian and teetotaler. My friends describe me as empathetic and patient.

As for a partner, I would mesh well with someone who shares similar values, is seeking something larger in life, has a wise head on his shoulders, and a beautiful heart.

Ideally, I would prefer to be with someone who is vegetarian, and doesnt engage in recreational drugs, alcohol or cigarettes.

I absolutely enjoy fun-loving intellectual banter, and conversations about anything under the sun.
