Success story of Jaskaran Singh Soin with Parvinder Kaur. First of all thanks Shaadi.com team for helping me to find nice and educated life partner. I found my partner on 30 July 2006 through your site. I am residing in Brampton, Canada and she is in Jalandhar, India. I came here in Brampton in April, 2005. I am 25 years old and she is 23 years. Originally I belong to Ludhiana and she belong to Jalandhar. Her brother contacted us directly at our e-mail address and then I send them complete details, photographs and education. Her parents said its ok for them and u proceed further. Then I gave their phone number to my uncle who lives in Ludhiana, Punjab. My uncle contacted them. We also talk through phone and chatting. My uncle said that family is nice and educated. So my grand parent and relatives went there to perform Roka ceremony on 27th August 2006 at Model Town Gurudwara and they had lunch at Hotel Maya in Jalandhar. Our parents fixed our marriage date of Dec 31st 2006. Now I am going to India on Dec 3rd with my parents. Thanks once again to Shaadi.com team and webmaster.

It was a cool day when I sat down to check my email. There as usual was the spam but there was also a contact email. As usual i said to myself who will I reject now? I opened the email and saw someone with a wonderful smile. He was very handsome and so I said to myself what the heck go for it he's in India and I was in America. So I accepted the contact and a day or so later there was a reply. We exchanged emails for a while and soon after that we started talking on the phone and instant messenger. the more we talked the more i looked forward to hearing from him. Eventually I rounded up the courage to plan my trip to India. It took forever because I had so much going on in my life at the that time. I almost gave and up and did not go but I am so glad i did. I had never travelled out of the country before and now I was doing it with thoughts of marriage in my mind. It was probably the craziest and most wonerful thing I had ever done. Last week of Sept 2006 my partner Rishiraj proposed me online. After responding his proposal we had online chatting for almost 15 to 20 days. I found my self-comfortable with him though he was in Dubai. He told me to contact his mom in Bangalore and I kept in touch with his parents regularly. Rishiraj?s parents agreed to see me in person. I went along with my parents and relative in their house in Bangalore. All this was arranged online and Rishiraj also came down from Dubai to see me at his residence.
